What is your wait time policy for airport pickups?

We understand that flight delays and customs procedures can be unpredictable. That is why we offer generous complimentary wait times:

International flights: 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight arrival.
Domestic flights: 30 minutes of complimentary wait time.
Private aviation (FBO): 30 minutes of complimentary wait time.

Wait time exceeding these periods is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.

What does the "meet & greet" service include?

Do you have surge pricing?

What are your payment and invoicing options?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and corporate purchasing cards. Secure payment links are sent upon booking confirmation.

Corporate accounts: Monthly invoicing is available for approved corporate clients.
Receipts: Automated digital receipts are emailed immediately after payment is processed.
Deposits: A 20% deposit may be required for large events or stretch limousine reservations.

Are there hourly minimums?

For point-to-point transfers (for example airport to hotel), there is no hourly minimum; it is a flat rate.

For hourly / as-directed charters where the vehicle stays with you, the following minimums apply:

Sedans & SUVs: 2-hour minimum
Sprinter vans: 4-hour minimum
Stretch limousines: 4-hour minimum (6 hours on weekends and peak prom season)

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation policies because plans change:

Sedans & SUVs: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup time.
Sprinter vans & limos: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Late cancellations: Cancellations inside the non-refundable window are charged the full base fare.
No-shows: Charged the full fare plus wait time.

What are your wedding and event policies?

For weddings and special events, we offer tailored packages:

Minimum booking: Wedding packages typically start with a 3-hour consecutive block.
Decorations: Red carpet and signage available on request. Interior decor is permitted if it does not damage surfaces (no glitter or confetti).
Alcohol: Champagne service is available where local laws permit.
Coordination: We work with your planner on logistics and timing.
