We include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, starting from the actual landing time. This gives you plenty of time to clear customs, collect luggage, and reach the arrivals hall without any rush.

If you require additional wait time beyond the complimentary period, it's charged at $0.75 per minute. However, we track your flight in real-time, so if there are delays, we automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall, holding a personalized name board with your name clearly displayed. They will be dressed in professional attire and ready to assist with your luggage immediately.

Once you meet your chauffeur, they will escort you directly to your vehicle, which is parked in a convenient location near the terminal. The entire process is seamless and stress-free.

A detailed invoice is automatically emailed to you immediately after your journey is completed. The invoice includes all trip details, including pickup/drop-off locations, date, time, vehicle type, and itemized charges.

For corporate accounts, we provide consolidated monthly billing with detailed reporting that can be customized to match your company's expense tracking requirements. All invoices are available for download in your online account portal.

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

For airport pickups, if your flight is delayed or cancelled, we automatically adjust your reservation at no charge. Simply contact our 24/7 concierge team if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Yes, a standard 20% gratuity is included in all our flat-rate pricing. This ensures complete transparency—the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprises or additional tipping required.

Of course, if you feel your chauffeur provided exceptional service and you wish to provide an additional gratuity, it is always appreciated but never expected.

Yes, we can accommodate requests for specific vehicle models or chauffeurs based on availability. Corporate account holders with frequent bookings can request a preferred chauffeur to be assigned to all their trips.
